We offer tracked and express services on all of our items at an additonal cost. We use Australia Post and Sendle to dispatch all items within Australia and Overseas. All orders are generally shipped within 1 business day, unless there is further claification required with personalised items. Once your item has been prepared for dipsatch, you wil receive confimration from us. If you have not received an order within 10 days, we kindly request that you contact us before leaving any feedback, as in the unlikely event of a non-delivery, we believe communication is the best approach to resolve any concern quicky ane efficiently. Returns 30 day returns, buyer pays return shipping. Your satisfaction is our first priority at Ipix.
