Product is manufactured in a clean environment, which do not process any allergens. During the COOLER months, the sheets can become a little rigid. Let your images come to a comfortable room temperature for a few hours. Do not refrigerate.For optimal freshness use product within 3 weeks. If you are not using right away, keep in packaging and store in a temperature-stable, darker place - such as a tea towel drawer - until you are ready to use. Do not refrigerate.Shipping occurs within 2-3 days, sometimes sooner. I use USPS first class mail but if you need something sooner, there is an option to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail.
