Process: When you have purchased your cake topper, you will need to leave a message in 'message to buyer' on what you would like on the cake topper and font number (if changed)- if for some reason you miss this option please send us a message by eBay messages on what you would like on the cake topper and font number (if changed You will receive a demo design picture (in black) which you will need to confirm before we start the cutting process, However if we do not receive a respond within 24 hours after the demo design has been sent - cake topper will be cut and sent as is. Postage and Packaging: Your item will be sent via Australia Post. Cake topper brown paper layer will be left on top of the acrylic for protection from scratching. Your item will be bubble wrapped for protection and placed inside a packing box. Shipping: There is two options of shipping through Australia Post - Standard Postage (With Tracking) - Express Postage Damages: If for whatever reason you receive your cake topper damaged, please inform us by eBay messages straight away with a picture of the cake topper with the brown paper still attached - if brown paper is removed replacement is void.
