Chocolate Candy Mold Clips CL-1 NEW
This item is for 10 metal mold clips. These mold clips are used to make hollow chocolates with the plastic molds. If you have a mold that has a front and back, cut out the mold cavity leaving a half inch edge around the cavity. Fill one side of the mold with chocolate then put the back onto the mold so it fits together in 3d form. Place metal mold clips every two inches around the entire piece. Turn it over a few times coating both sides of the molds. Place in the freezer for 3 minutes then take out and coat again by turning it over and over. Keep doing this every few minutes until the piece is done. You will know that it's done when the outside of the mold looks cloudy all over. If it still looks wet in a few spots, put it back in the freezer for a few more minutes.
