Early American Cut glass pedestal for punch bowl , cake plate, serving tray. Bottom has a scalloped edge. Not all sides make contact with the ground due to design. If you flip it over the top part will make contact all the way around and it could be used for a small candy dish or floor arrangement. Item is vintage glass and appears to be the pedestal missing the top piece. Measurements: Across the bottom approx. 6". Across the inside of top it's approx. 3 1/2 .
