Great idea to have one tart tamper, with two differently sized ends. Place a small amount of dough in the tart tin, dust end of the tamper with flour , push dough down, turning Tamper slightly and you have a nice tart dough shell. Also indent your burgers to keep them from doming up while grilling. Smaller end 1-1/4", Larger end 1-3/4".
