I first added the Filigree Moulds around the base to give it a touch of Ornate. Then Painted in White Chalk Paint then hand striped in a Lovely shade of Denim Blue. I also gave the Filigree on the base a wash of that Lovely Denim Blue to tie it to the top and give it a little Pizzazz.
