On the packaging - Holds all sizes birthday candles - both large and small, spiral or roundsOnly holder known to hold all 4 sizes birthday candles 00/36, 0/12, S/12 and SS/24Master-crafted in Japan for Northwest Candles, Inc 700 North Page Street Portland, Oregon Packaging has minimal shelf wear - all still in orignal packaging - a few of the ends of the cellophane/plastic packaging has come "unglued", but still in folded conditions on the ends. Tiny breaks in the cellophane/plastic here and there.
