Once the syrup hardens, the plates are separated to reveal the candies. Making lollipops is a fun and customizable process. You can change the colors or flavors to your liking, but ensure you use an accurate candy thermometer for precision. Preparation Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 15 minutes Total Time: 20 minutes Ingredients:1 cup sugar1/2 cup light corn syrup1/2 cup water1/4 tsp extract (vanilla, mint, cinnamon, coconut, etc.)Food coloring (optional)Lollipop molds and sticks Instructions:Prepare the molds by spraying them with nonstick cooking spray and placing the lollipop sticks.In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, and water.
