VTG Agathon Germany Fancy Roosters Metal Chocolate Mold Primitive Kitchen Art
VTG Agathon of Bottrop Germany (#859) Fancy Roosters Metal Chocolate Mold in very good condition. Agathon is still in business today with a long history of creating high quality molds. In 1974 Agathon moved to all silicone and plastic molds. It is very rare to find the vintage Agathon molds, this one is from approximately 1952 to 1955. Agathon was a company started by a former Anton Reiche. This one has eight pools for the creation of small solid fancy roosters. The mold measures approximately 14" x 8". A bit of rusting to be considered a normal part of the aging. Well marked and beautiful! Very heavy. Please see all pictures and ask any questions prior to checkout.
